Deliverables

What we created

The path back through the grounds with the sun coming in low along it
The long pool with the loungers and cabanas set out down one side of it
The suite door standing open past a sheer, the terrace and the sea beyond it
The daybed read through the curtain, the private pool going out to the water
Stood at the edge looking out, the pool and then the sea stacked up behind
Back against the plaster in the shade, a book set down on the bench
Cross-legged with headphones on, looking off out of the window
The umbrellas and the blocks turned over in the flat water of the pool
The floating tray brought out into the pool, everything laid out across it
Reaching across the tray from the water, shoulders-deep in the pool
The carpaccio close enough to see the oil on it, flowers set around the plate
A glass of white lifted off the tray, read over a shoulder
An espresso martini set down on the timber, the foam still settling

The brief

How we approached it

Commissioned by SWOT Hospitality, we created a visual series for Zante Maris Suites in Zakynthos, combining photography with a short form video edit to capture the balance between the minimalist design of the property and the Mediterranean around it.

Laughing at the window with a hand pushed back through her hair
The view straight out of the suite: the pool, the screen, and the sea past both
Two glasses of white and an open book on the slats, the sun printing through them
Working the corkscrew at the pool edge with the water going green behind
An espresso and a pair of sunglasses left on the towel at the water’s edge
