What we created

The resort from the air at sunrise, roofs and pools laid out and the sun laying a path on the water
The walk down between the loungers to the sea, palms either side, nobody up yet
The pool terrace read through the planting: palms, closed umbrellas, the bay past all of it
The same terrace through a stand of pampas, the water going flat behind
The buildings held upside down in the pool, the surface not moving
One palm at the pool’s edge with the headland stacked up behind it
The bar seen through its own glass, pendants burning inside and the sea laid over the reflection
A cocktail and a green glass on a round table, the light coming in hard across it
The room made up and quiet, the balcony doors standing open on the last of the light
Dusk over the bay through the grasses, one bird crossing high up
Still in bed with a magazine and a coffee, the blinds throwing bars across the sheet

The brief

How we approached it

Commissioned by SWOT Hospitality, we photographed Meravia (formerly Cora Hotel & Spa) on the Kassandra peninsula in Halkidiki. The brief was to translate its calming, nature-led design into a visual narrative, capturing both the atmosphere of the spaces and the character of what surrounds them. We delivered a photo series built to carry the relaxation and refinement that define the property.
